Basic technical information your browser sends automatically, such as pages visited, so we can keep the site working.

We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, bank credentials, or payment card details through this website. Financial information needed to close is collected by the closing attorney or title company, not by us.

To evaluate your property, prepare an offer or partnership estimate, and follow up with you about it.

To coordinate a closing with the attorney, title company, licensed broker, or investment partner involved in your specific transaction.

To respond to questions and keep records of our communications and agreements.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your contact details with unrelated marketers or lead-buying networks.

Only the parties needed to do the work: closing attorneys and title companies, licensed real estate brokers involved in an Equity Protection listing, our investment or funding partners for a specific property, and service providers that host our website and store our data on our behalf.

We may also disclose information when required by law, court order, or to enforce a signed agreement.

Photos you upload are stored privately and used to evaluate and, if we go under contract, to market the property. If you do not want a photo used in marketing, tell us and we will exclude it.

Property addresses and sale information may become part of the public record once a transaction closes. That is outside our control.

You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by replying STOP to a text or telling us by phone or email.

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing establish.replenish@gmail.com or calling (919) 301-9380. We honor these requests unless we are required to keep records for a completed transaction or by law.

Some browsers offer Do Not Track or global privacy control signals. We do not use cross-site advertising trackers that would act on them.

We limit access to submitted information to the people who need it for your transaction and keep it in access-controlled systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive financial details by email.

We keep lead and transaction information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet recordkeeping obligations, then delete or archive it.
